Clara T Media

Legal notice

Information required by article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE): who provides this service and on what terms this site may be used.

Version v1.0-2026-09-01 · Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Who runs this site

This website and the Clara T Media application are run by a professional photographer registered as self-employed in Spain, with the following details:

  • Legal name: Clara Taboada García, trading as Clara T Media.
  • Spanish tax number (NIF): 47289110Y.
  • Address for notices: Calle Pablo Gargallo 61, 28035 Madrid.
  • Contact email: claratmedia@gmail.com.
  • Activity: professional photography services, specifically commissioned coverage of equestrian shows and delivery of the resulting photographs.
As a self-employed professional there are no Companies Register details. The activity is not subject to compulsory membership of a professional body or to prior administrative authorisation.

2. Purpose and acceptance

This site exists for two things: to publish which shows Clara will be attending so that anyone who wants a reportage can request one; and to deliver each client the photographs they commissioned, in a private gallery.

It is not a photo shop. There is no basket, no sale of individual images and no payment is taken through the website.

Browsing the site, requesting a booking or opening a gallery means accepting this legal notice, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and, where a booking is made, the terms of service.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the site is free. Some sections require you to identify yourself with a one-time code sent to your email address.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to do any of the following:

  • Access galleries, links or files that were not delivered to you.
  • Publicly share the private link to a gallery, which is personal to you.
  • Download content in bulk or by automated means, or crawl the site with bots or scraping software.
  • Attempt to circumvent the technical measures protecting the original files, including signed download links and watermarks.
  • Enter false details, or third-party details without their authorisation.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

Every photograph published or delivered through this site is a photographic work protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, the consolidated Intellectual Property Act. Clara is the author and holds the exploitation rights exclusively.

Commissioning and paying for a reportage gives you the right to use the photographs on the terms of the licence set out in the terms of service. It does not transfer authorship, nor the moral rights, which cannot be waived or transferred (article 14 of the Intellectual Property Act), nor the exploitation rights.

The design of the site, its texts, the trading name Clara T Media and its distinctive signs are also protected and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.

The author expressly reserves her rights against text and data mining, including the training of artificial intelligence systems, under article 4.3 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Spanish Royal Decree-Law 24/2021 transposing it. This reservation is made expressly and in machine-readable form, and covers all content on the site.

5. Third parties' image rights

The photographs are taken at equestrian shows, which are sporting events open to the public. The fact that an event is public does not in itself authorise publishing the image of someone appearing in it: publication in the portfolio or on social media only happens with the prior, specific and revocable consent of the person photographed or of their guardian, given on a separate screen.

Delivering photographs to the person who commissioned them is a different thing from publishing them, and does not require that consent.

Anyone appearing in a photograph may ask for it to be taken down by writing to claratmedia@gmail.com or, if they have an account, using the «Remove my photos» button. Removal is applied to the gallery and to any published copies.

This site does not use facial recognition or any other biometric identification. Ever. Not even optionally, and not even with consent.

6. Links

The site may link to the websites of clubs, federations or show organisers to make calendar information easier to find. Those sites do not belong to the owner of this one, who is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Anyone may link to this site's home page without asking, provided they do not reproduce its content, do not create confusion about authorship and do not accompany the link with false or disparaging statements.

7. Liability and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site available and the show calendar accurate, but neither can be guaranteed.

The sporting calendar in particular comes from outside sources and changes often: an announced show may be brought forward, postponed or cancelled by its organiser, and that does not create liability here. That is why every show always displays its status.

No liability is accepted for damage arising from service interruptions, network failures, viruses introduced by third parties, or the use you make of the published information.

8. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. The use of cookies and browser storage is described in the cookie policy. Both documents form part of this legal notice.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Where the user is a consumer, any dispute is submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile, and no agreement to the contrary is possible (article 90.2 of the consolidated Spanish Consumer Protection Act). In all other cases the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile.

Before going to court, any complaint can be sent to claratmedia@gmail.com and will be answered within one month at most. Consumers may also turn to their municipal consumer information office or to the consumer arbitration board of their autonomous region.

The European online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in July 2025, so its link is no longer provided.

10. Changes and version

This notice may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. Every version carries a number and a date, and previous versions are kept.

Changes are announced on the site itself and, where they affect a booking in progress, by email.
